Yuzu mousse, white chocolate, chiffon base, velvet finish
Japanese yuzu, folded into white chocolate mousse, sharpened with a molten yuzu heart. Kept chilled and best enjoyed within a day.

Ingredients
Cream (milk), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin), yuzu juice, free-range eggs, wheat flour, sugar, gelatine (bovine), sunflower oil.

Care & serving
